The Robert Darbishire Practice will always try to provide information and communication in formats patients will find easy to understand. If you have a communication problem of any kind please let us know and we will work with you to make sure we provide information in the way that you would like us to. If you need the practice to provide information in a different format such as large print or easy read please let us know and we will arrange this.
We know that some patients may require additional support when attending the practice, such as using an interpreter or using a quiet space when waiting for your appointment. Please let us know of any adjustments you may need and we will try our best to provide these for you.
