Bank Holiday Closure

We will be closed on Monday 5th May for the Early May bank holiday.

If you feel unwell and need medical help, please contact NHS 111 by calling 111 from your telephone, or visiting 111.nhs.uk. For medical emergencies, always call 999.

If you have a repeat prescription that is due to run out over the bank holiday, please order this by Tuesday 15th April to make sure you receive it in time. If your prescription is not due over the bank holiday, please do not request it early.

Register with The Robert Darbishire Practice

Catchment area

Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our inner catchment area (the green area). If you do fall into the catchment area, scroll down to find our registration form.

If you live within the outer catchment area (the pink area) and live with someone who is already a patient with the practice, you may still be able to register. To find out, please contact us using this form. A member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are not in the catchment area, you can find out which GPs you can register with on the NHS website.

If you live outside of the green catchment area (including the pink area) you will not be able to fill in this form. Please contact us to find out if you are able to register. If you are a University of Manchester student or staff member, please register here.

When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
